As the world first survival horror game which released on PlayStation, Resident Evil is now a legend in game history.

In 1998, two years after the first Resident Evil, Capcom released the sequel --- Resident Evil 2. The story of RE2 follows the first one. It's about the pharmaceutical factory named Umbrella which located underground of Raccoon City, it's actually a place people creating a bio-chemical weapon called G-virus. But one day the G-virus was accidentally leaked and spread though the sewer system. Most of the residents of raccoon city were infected with the G-virus. A few days later, the whole city became a place full of living dead and zombies. The main characters are a new arrival police officer Leon S. Kennedy and a teenage girl Claire Redfield. They came to raccoon city and was involved into the disaster. They meet and fight together for their lives. After a hard and horrible struggle, they finally destroyed the Umbrella Factory and escaped the city before the government erased the whole city with a nuclear warhead.

The game is so good that it's the best selling game in PlayStation History. The story lines, character design, level design are all brilliant.

I know this game since 1998. It just blows my mind the first time I saw it. I played this game more 30 times and just don't get bored. After so many years, this game can still tell us that a great game is not just about good graphics or cool designs, it's about the influence it brings deeply into our soul. It'll always be one of my favorite games.
